Gary, Steve and Esme have more than 48 combined years of construction
experience with personal involvement in more than 2000 new homes, countless
remodels and renovations. Since 1993 Quality over Quantity has been their
priority.
Gary’s commitment to customer satisfaction, his dedication and integrity is
unparalleled in the building industry. Gary started his career as a carpenter in the
70's and learned all the skills of the trade whilst building homes in the Pacific
North West, Alaska and Arizona. Gary founded Colorado Home Builders in 1993
and with his wonderful people skills, honesty and integrity he soon established a
great company building real unique custom homes. When it comes to building
Gary is a perfectionist, there is only one way for Gary and that is the right way.
Steve’s dedication to perfection and his eagerness to please along with his
construction knowledge and experience make him an invaluable asset to this
organization. Steve is a journeyman carpenter by profession. However he has
performed all aspects of construction ranging from the foundation stages through
to the final trim aspects of the home. Steve brings to our core team a wealth of
knowledge and field experience. His ability to interact, direct and manage our
professional tradesmen and suppliers is recognized and appreciated by all.
Esme’s administrative and managerial skills allow for the daily coordination of sub-
contractors and suppliers along with creating and managing the endless amount of
paperwork needed in the process of building a home. Building is in Esme’s genes.
Her knowledge base was a gift from her father who is a respected civil engineer &
builder. She is schooled in drafting and residential construction.
